Racquelle has had a passion for the trucking industry since her senior year in college. After doing her senior project based on supply chain, she set out looking for employment. She landed in logistics at the early age of 21 and has been hooked ever since. Making her way through the corporate world she learned a lot about the industry but even more about herself and why she loved this industry so much. It was the drivers! Racquelle had spent most of her time communicating with truck drivers and just fell in love with the genuine loving people that she had the pleasure of chatting with daily. She also learned about the hardships that come with being on the road and trying to run a small business from her many late evening phone calls with a driver who may have needed a pickup number to start with, but what he really needed was a friend. In her time at large brokerages she noticed that truckers weren't being treated fairly systematically within the business model. The pressure was rolling downhill and seemingly would finally lay to rest on the drivers hauling our loads. As this went against everything she knew morally and she had to make a change fast. Leaving logistics completely for a few months and reflecting on what she really wanted and Zen Freight Solutions was born, Racquelle knew it could be done better. Better for drivers, shippers and brokers. She knew she could make the transportation industry better by connecting small businesses to get loads moved and keep truckers up and running with high quality freight. As her love for talking to drivers grew, Trucker Talks Live! was a dream of hers to give drivers an opportunity to share their stories and wisdom to the world and now its a reality!
